ROLES
- Build and maintain a dynamic and efficient publication department
- Create structures and an ambience that portray COD as an entity with good taste and class in its publications
- Ensure regular production of the weekly bulletin, news broadcasts, and E-newsletter
- To aid with the marketing and publicity of future and past events via publications including blogging on social media sites, E-newsletters, website, flyers, notice board, broadcasts, journalism, interviews, e.t.c.
- Co-ordinate all other publication that will be published in the name of the Church, or on behalf of the Church
- Ensure early and adequate preparation of the department to ensure all publications are ready on schedule
- Arrange for adequate photo coverage of key activities in the church. This will comprise special services and programmes, dedication services, baby christening, etc. Members’ celebratory events are also in this category
